Forum National Investments LTD. (Forum Investments) was incorporated in British Columbia, Canada in 1995. We are a registered public company trading under the symbol FMNL.
Each member of the Forum Investments management team has had extensive experience and has developed a deep understanding of the industries, the benefits to our customers and the results that are possible for the clients we serve. Executive Team
Daniel Clozza – CEO
Dan is the vision behind ALSS and has been involved with public companies his entire career. Dan has also managed large call centers and retail sales stores grossing over $200 million in sales. Dan is the CEO and founding director of the parent company, Forum Investments, and has held that position since its incorporation in September, 1995.
Martin Tutschek – CFO
Martin has extensive experience in the financial industry including all aspects of building a broker-dealer market and regulatory reporting of public entities. Martin has an undergraduate business degree from the University of Texas. Martin has been the CFO and a director of the parent company Forum Investments since August 2001.
Jackie Dawydiuk – VP
Systems and Administration. Jackie has 17 years of high level operational experience with the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia as Senior Manager of Systems & Operations, overseeing $50+ million in annual sales, computer implementation, systems development and management. Jackie has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, majoring in Marketing and Human Resource Management.

He is also the Vice Chairman of the board for a not-for-profit association called Nearshore Executive Alliance which promotes the use of technology and business process outsourcing services from Latin America.
